EXERCISES
Exercise 1: UX in Vending Machines
23/9/19 (Week 5)
In a group of 4, we had to purchase an item from any vending machine around the campus and record using a video of our user experience. We decided to purchase a milk carton from a vending machine that has a range of snacks and beverages.
Here is the video of recording our experience when using the vending machine on campus.

After that, we observe the step of purchasing the item and write down the pros and cons in the design, process, payment and receive. We also write down the suggestions for improvement in each section.

FEEDBACK
FEEDBACK
23/9/19 (Week 5)
Specific feedback: Mr. Razif suggested that we look into the placement of the instruction and coin input could be better, the RM 1 sign should be smaller because it looks like a warning sign when it is too big. The convenience of paying and reading the instruction can be tiring for the user. For instance, the user has to bend down when inserting the coins and stand up to put the notes or key in the item code to purchase.
